Competition Vest Men (Black)

Quality vest that looks/fits great, with lots of useful features. Plenty of pockets for holding gear. I especially like the pocket on the back for holding toys, balls, long line. I'm going to use it for birds, this coming fall. The removable treat pouch has been nice, as it's not quite vest/hoodie season in Maine, yet.

Great vest, everything you need, well made

I had been looking (for a long time) for the best vest to wear while training my dogs in Nose Work and Agility. None of my current dog-training friends had an Arrak, most had Browning. The Browning they all wore is no longer available and the substitute I found, well I wish I'd never bought/settled on. I'd been looking at this Arrak vest all along and decided on it after a disastrous day in the Browning. From the moment I put it on I was happy with this vest. It is beyond perfect for dog training and has so many great features I keep being surprised by it. As much as I've worn it, it looks brand new when I pull it out of the closet. The pocket I keep treats in was easy to clean and after a sudden shower, I can guarantee the vest is water repellent.

Will put it to the test this week. Slight issue with the wrong color being sent but I heard back from Denise immediately. All was rectified quickly. I did also exchange sizes for the jacket and that process went very smoothly.

These are definitely dog training pieces of clothing!! Now if you could offer up the vest in CAMO! That would be awesome. Most of my training is field work.

So I couldn't decide between 2. So I got both. This one is a little shorter, but still fits great. I an 5'3 125lbs I did get the Medium it fits great. I love the tennis ball holder and the added treat pouch.

I've owned many vests and this is the nicest one of the bunch. Very well thought out pockets and overall design. The quality is much higher than the others I have owned. It is worth the extra cost as compared to those $20-$30 less. Two points to ponder. It is not one of those super light weight vests. It may be too warm for the summer in some areas of the country. I'd likely not wear it in 90 plus degree weather. Despite what I read in other comment I thought the sizing to be a bit small for a vest. If you want to put it over other clothing, and have room in your pockets for treats, balls, bumpers etc, I'd say for sure to go up a size. If you order your exact size it will fit, but say you wanted to put it over a hoodie in cooler weather that might be an issue. Really nice vest with plenty of pockets, thought out for a dog train. Love it.

It’s almost perfect, except the snap broke on the treat pouch, on the 2nd day of wearing it. I love all the pockets and how it looks on me. The review said that it ran small, but I think that the size was correct, I wished I ordered my normal size and didn’t go up one size.

I loved most things about this vest. I haven't gotten to a point in my training where I utilize all the features, but so far it has been great. I do wish the back pocket was a bit bigger, as some of the toys I use are not so easy to put in and out. The material feels very sturdy. The drawstrings on the treat pouch works very well and opens easily making it easy to access and close.

Nice fit, roomy enough to wear a heavy shirt or sweater underneath, yet flattering with the tapered waist, and not bulky. Tons of pockets. The rear pocket is easily accessible. The elastic loop under the left arm is a great place to tuck a tug toy while heeling. The fabric feels like high quality, although Border Collie hair does stick to it. Since it it still winter where I live, I haven’t had the opportunity to try the zippered sides for ventilation. I’m very happy with this product.

I ordered a training vest for my daughter for Christmas. I made the mistake and ordered it to small TWICE!! Both times this company exchanged it with absolutely no problems and quickly. The vest is excellent quality and the customer service is top notch. I would highly recommend this company.
