Is normal wear and tear covered by warranty? No it does not. However, if you have a question regarding an item, please email us at warranty@arrakusa.com.   How do I send my product in for repair? Please download the warranty form and ship USPS to 27071 Cabot Road, Suite 109, Laguna Hills, CA  92653. Please ship no signature required. The item must be washed prior to shipping.   Will my product be repaired or replaced? We will evaluate your item and make the decision to repair or replace the item.   Who pays for shipping? If the item is under warranty Arrak USA will pay shipping costs.   What do the repairs cost? There will be no charge so long as the item falls within the warranty period.
