If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return the item within 30  days of receiving it for exchange or credit ONLY (excludes custom orders). Item must be in its' original packaging and in perfect, unused condition. Holiday return policy is extend to January 15 the following year.

"Unused" condition means free from any debris, dog hair, dog slobber, etc. If you return an item to Arrak Outdoor USA soiled or otherwise unsellable, you will be responsible for any and all return shipping costs. We do not offer refunds.

If we receive your item with no instructions as to the exchange requested, will issue a gift card which will be shipped directly to your email address on file.

If there is a price difference, we will email you a new invoice indicating the amount due.
