If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return the item within 14 days of receiving it for exchange or credit ONLY (excludes custom orders). Item must be in its' original packaging and in perfect, unused condition.
Unused condition means free from any debris, dog hair, dog slobber, etc. If you return an item to Arrak USA soiled or otherwise unsellable, you will be responsible for any and all return shipping costs.
If there are absolutely no items in our store that you would like, we will accept brand new items back for return. However, you will be charged a restocking fee of 15%. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
Return Instructions: If returning your item United States Postal Service, you may ship directly to our store at: Arrak USA, 24551 Raymond Way #155, Lake Forest, CA 92630. Do not request signature required as we are not at the location during normal business hours. We have a secure lockbox for items received by our carrier.
If you prefer to return the items via UPS or FedEx, please ship to Returns Arrak USA, 24845 Laguna Vista, Laguna Niguel, CA 92677.
If we receive your item with no instructions as to the exchange requested, we will need to contact you. To assist our customer service representatives, we appreciate that you kindly indicate your size replacement or if you would prefer store credit we will issue a gift card.
As a one-time courtesy, we will ship your exchange back to you. If multiple exchanges are necessary, you will be billed for shipping costs.
If there is a price difference, we will email you a new invoice indicating the amount due.
