OVERVIEW

The Arrak Outdoor branded products covered by this warranty are warranted to the original owner against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for 60 days. If your product covered by this warranty fails due to a manufacturing defect we will replace it without charge for the first 60 days. Thereafter, and up to one year, we will repair it, at our discretion.

Only original, unaltered and unmodified items and workmanship are covered. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear, and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use.

For warranty evaluation, (if the product is new)  your product must be returned directly to Arrak Outdoor USA, 27071 Cabot Road, Suite 109, Laguna Hills, CA  92653 with a Warranty Return Form, which is on the reverse side of your invoice.  All shipping to Warranty must be pre-paid and insured and sent via USPS no signature required. Arrak Outdoor USA will not be liable for lost in-bound packages.

Our policy requires that products accepted for repair be clean free from dog hair or any other debris. Charges will be assessed if cleaning is necessary or product may be returned to you if it cannot be adequately cleaned.

Please note that for any orders shipped outside of the USA will incur an additional fee for customs that is not the responsibility of Arrak Outdoor USA. The receiving customer is wholly responsible for any and all fees (fees defined as customs, duty, etc).

This warranty is only available in the United States and Canada.

Arrak Outdoor USA is not responsible for direct, incidental or consequential damages for any reason including damage resulting from a breach of a warranty or condition such as scratches in a device surface, lost data or lost or destroyed personal property. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations on the duration of the warranty may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may have other rights, which vary from state to state.

 

FREQUENTLY ASKED WARRANTY & REPAIR QUESTIONS

Is normal wear and tear covered by warranty? No it does not. However, if you have a question regarding an item, please email us at warranty@arrakusa.com. 

How do I send my product in for repair? Please download the warranty form and ship USPS to 27071 Cabot Road, Suite 109, Laguna Hills, CA  92653. Please ship no signature required. The item must be washed prior to shipping. 

Will my product be repaired or replaced? We will evaluate your item and make the decision to repair or replace the item. 

Who pays for shipping? If the item is under warranty Arrak USA will pay shipping costs. 

What do the repairs cost? There will be no charge so long as the item falls within the warranty period. 

How can I find out the status of my repair? You may call 1-866-ArrakUSA or email warranty@arrakusa.com

Things you should know about shopping with our store.  If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return the item within 14 days of receiving it for exchange or credit ONLY (excludes custom orders). Item must be in its' original packaging and in perfect, unused condition.

Unused condition means free from any debris, dog hair, dog slobber etc. If you return an item to Arrak USA soiled or otherwise unsellable, you will be responsible for any and all return shipping costs.

If there is absolutely no items in our store that you would like, we will accept brand new items back for return. However, you will be charged a restocking fee of 15%. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

Return Instructions: If returning your item United States Postal Service, you may ship directly to our store at: Arrak USA,24551 Raymond Way #155, Lake Forest, CA 92630. Do not request signature required as we are not at the location during normal business hours. We have a secure lock box for items received by our carrier.

If you prefer to return the items via UPS or FedEx, please ship to: Returns Arrak USA, 24845 Laguna Vista, Laguna Niguel, CA 92677.

If we receive your item with no instructions as to the exchange requested, we will need to contact you. To assist our customer service representatives, we appreciate that you kindly indicate your size replacement or if you would prefer store credit we will issue a gift card.

As a one time courtesy, we will ship your exchange back to you. If multiple exchanges are necessary, you will be billed for shipping costs.

If there is a price difference, we will email you a new invoice indicating the amount due.
