We've made exchanging your product for store credit or any product super easy! By clicking on the below portal, you confirm that you have read and agree to the terms and conditions of our FAQs below.


Follow these simple steps:

1. Click on the link we've provided and enter your order number and email or phone number to retrieve your order.

2. Select the item(s) you'd like to exchange via our website where you can pick out the new item(s) you want.

3. If you prefer Store Credit: We'll give you a code for your store credit once your returned item has been approved by our return department.

4. If you want to Exchange for some or another Product: Add your new item(s) to the cart, and if the cost is more than your original purchase, you'll be billed only for the difference.

5. Pay for your return label through the email we'll send you, print the label, and drop off the item at the mail service you choose. Please note that the label expires after 14 days. 


We want to remind you that returned items must be unused, and with all tags attached to the garment. If there's any dog hair or debris on the item, we may have to charge a cleaning fee of up to $30 or more, depending on the extent of the necessary cleaning.

You can return the item within 30 days of receiving it for exchange or store credit only, excluding custom orders. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds.

If you have any questions or need help with the exchange process, our friendly customer service team is available from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm PST, Monday through Friday at 949-317-0571.

In case you face any issues with the portal, no worries! You can use our return form and we'll guide you through the process. We'll email you a gift card if you send back the item without any exchange instructions.

Manual Returns: If you are having trouble with the portal, you can use our return form. If we receive your item with no instructions as to the exchange requested, will issue a gift card which will be emailed  to your email address on file.

If there is a price difference, we will email you a new invoice indicating the amount due.
