Orders older than 30 days will not be accepted by the online system. 

FAQs about our returns.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return the item within 14 days of receiving it for exchange or credit ONLY (excludes custom orders). Item must be in its' original packaging and in perfect, unused condition. 

Unused condition means free from any debris, dog hair, dog slobber, etc. If you return an item to Arrak USA soiled or otherwise unsellable, you will be responsible for any and all return shipping costs. We do not offer refunds.

Manual Returns: If you are having trouble with the portal, you can use our return form. If we receive your item with no instructions as to the exchange requested, will issue a gift card which will be emailed  to your email address on file.

If there is a price difference, we will email you a new invoice indicating the amount due.
