- We kindly ask that you return your product(s) within 48 hours of completing the return portal.
- We are unable to resell returns if they are sent back with extensive cleaning. Therefore, if we receive clothing with any dog hair or debris you will be access a cleaning fee of $30 or more depending upon the extent of the necessary cleaning.
- The customer is responsible for inputting the correct exchange.
- If you don't see the item available in the drop down menu, you can request store credit and indicate in the note section the item you would like.

FAQs about our returns.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of receiving it for exchange or credit ONLY (excludes custom orders). Item must be in its' original packaging and in perfect, unused condition, with all tags attached to the garment.
Unused condition means free from any debris, dog hair, dog slobber, etc. If you return an item to Arrak USA soiled or otherwise unsellable, you will be responsible for any and all return shipping costs. We do not offer refunds.

Manual Returns: If you are having trouble with the portal, you can use our return form. If we receive your item with no instructions as to the exchange requested, will issue a gift card which will be emailed to your email address on file.
If there is a price difference, we will email you a new invoice indicating the amount due.
