Domestic Shipping Policy: We ship six-days each week. If the item is out of stock, we will contact you. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will reach out to you via email or phone.
Please remember that shipping delays may happen based on carrier restrictions, pandemics, storm/weather-related conditions, etc. Arrak Outdoor USA, LLC will not be held responsible for such delays. If customers do not receive their package within 30 days, they must contact Arrak Outdoor USA LLC. Return Policy If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of receiving it for exchange or credit ONLY (excludes custom orders). Item must be in its' original packaging and in perfect, unused condition. Unused condition is defined as items free from debris, dog hair, dog saliva, etc. If you return an item to Returns Arrak Outdoor USA, soiled or otherwise unsellable, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. You'll need to return the purchase within 30 days after receipt of said merchandise.
Visit our Return Portal to begin the exchange or store credit process. Return Instructions: If returning your item United States Postal Service, you may ship it directly to our store at Arrak USA, 27071 Cabot Road, Suite 109, Laguna Hills, CA 92653. Do not request a signature required, as we are not at the location during regular business hours. We have a secure lockbox for items received by our carrier. If we receive your item with no instructions as to the exchange requested, we will issue you a store credit in the form of a gift card.
